She was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her grandchildren. Joy was born in Enid, Oklahoma, on December 30, 1944, to Betty Jane and Norman Addison McGee, who was serving in the Air Force. Patrick Joseph O’Connor, Sr.
Freddie was born in Boston, MA on October 25, 1932 to the late Eugene and Margaret Carroll King. He was a longtime resident of Savannah and a graduate of Armstrong State College. Freddie owned and operated Coastal Electronics for more than 40 years before retiring. Air Force veteran who heroically served in the Korean conflict.
Beautifully, their relationship didn’t overshadow Ann’s other roles, it enhanced them. Ann was a wonderful mother to Shawn Kasserman, Amy O’Connell and her precious Kerry Kasserman. Ann formed a special love with her “Farr kids” Brian Farr, Kathy Johnson who added so much to her life with their devotion and support.
Ronald Richard Brown, Sr., age 86, of Savannah, formerly of Charlotte, NC, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on March 17. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Irene Dunn Brown; his son, Richard Brown, Jr.; and granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Brown. Ronny was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends, all of whom he loved dearly.
Elizabeth Lawrence Blake passed away August 13, 2022 with her husband and daughter at her side after a 3-year battle with MDS. She was born in Dublin, GA on March 19, 1952 and attended Dublin Public Schools. She graduated from Georgia College in Milledgeville in 1974 and began her teaching career.
